No. Photos stay in browser memory. This site fetches model files and uses 51.la for page-view stats. The original editor also sends anonymous feature events with no photo data.
Face detection and parsing models download once (tens to hundreds of MB). Later visits use the cache.
Edit, morph and replace do not use cloud generation. Pixels are warped and blended at native resolution.
